Was referred to pinnacle from my real estate agent. Scheduling was easy and quick. The bid was clear. And definitely competitive with the other three companies I called. The work was done in less than 2 days. And Chris sent me all my warranty info right away which also made the whole thing easy. There was information in the bid about how the price could raise depending on repair work that needed to be done if damage was found. And there was damage found and the price was raised. But only by $150 and I saw the damaged plywood that needed to come out. I felt like this was a proof of their honesty. Working with Pinnacle was a great experience. I would recommend them to friends.

Chris and his crew did a great job and did it way faster than I excepted. With new vents, skylight replacement and different pitches of the roof needing other things, his quote was straight forward and pretty spot on. His crew was fast, friendly and did a good job cleaning up not only my yard but our neighbors as well.

Chris at Pinnacle was very down to earth, very clear, and very efficient. He gave me information when he said he would, met every deadline, kept in contact from beginning to end, and got the job done really fast and well. He alerted me that I might have some issues they wouldn’t be able to confirm until they uncovered the plywood, so I was prepared when there were. Even with the setbacks they went above and beyond, were done in 3 days, my yard was cleaned up, and my roof looks great. I had two other companies out for an estimate, both of them made a big deal about how they use shingles with guides so the installers know where to nail. That seems kinda basic! They also did a whole song and dance and tried to upsell me. I felt like Chris was honest, realistic, and really good at his job. I’d hire him again but I won’t need a new roof for 50+ years!

New 8,000 sqft house/ADU/garage structure. We had rain coming in 1 day when the roof framing was finished. Chris’s team came early and got the underlayment up one day and roofed the entire house the 2nd day. Super fast, timely, and high quality work.
